Accumula DataTools for Lightspeed Retail uses its own import templates for importing data. This is not the same as the standard LightSpeed Retail Import Template offered by Lightspeed Retail.
Download the Accumula DataTools Item Template then prepare your data using the template. Once data is ready, you can import products by logging into Accumula.com and selecting DataTools > Import Products from the Apps menu.
Be sure to create any Tax Classes as needed in LightSpeed Retail before importing.
Reminder: All product import files must be saved in CSV format and use this template.
