Channels DataTools for Lightspeed Retail uses its own import templates for importing data. This is not the same as the standard LightSpeed Retail Import Template offered by Lightspeed Retail. Channels also exports data in this format.
Download the Channels DataTools Matrix Import Template then prepare your data using the template. Once data is ready, you can import and update matrices by logging into Accumula.com and selecting DataTools > Import Matrices from the Apps menu.
Be sure to create any Tax Classes and Manufacturers needed in LightSpeed Retail before importing.
Reminder: All product import files must be saved in CSV format and use this template.
