Matrix Pricing Levels can be updated using the the Matrix Pricing Level Template. We recommend first running an export of Matrix Pricing Level data and editing this data for import.
NOTE: All Pricing Levels must be created in Lightspeed Retail prior to import/update.
The following information must be present in each Matrix Pricing Level import/update file:
Description - Include Matrix Descriptions from Lightspeed Retail in the import template. This must be an exact match to avoid changing the Matrix Description.
Existing Matrices in Lightspeed can be updated and matched to by ItemMatrix ID or Description. Each update file requires only the Description and one column to update.
Once the template has been set up and saved as CSV, login to accumula.com and go to Apps>Data Tools and select the Matrix Pricing tab:
Choose the file with the item update information.
Select the matching field
Import file.
