Overview
Lightspeed's gift card Lookup tool can search by Lightspeed gift card serial number for gift cards sold on Shopify.
This tool can be found by navigating in Lightspeed to Customers > Gift Cards.
NOTE: When a Shopify gift card is sold and added to your POS, the shipping name on the Shopify order is attached to the gift card.

Navigate in Lightspeed to Customers > Gift Cards
Enter the last four digits of the gift card serial number provided by the customer
Verifying with multiple gift cards
In cases where your customer has been issued multiple gift cards, you can view all cards associated under their profile.

Navigate in Lightspeed to Customers > Customers
Search for the customer by name or email address
Click on the customer
Click the Account tab on the left side
