Managing product and sale prices from Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) to Shopify.

Overview

Mortar can automatically sync your in-store and online pricing, including updating Shopify's Price and Compare at Price. You can also select which Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) pricing levels sync to each Shopify price.

When both a Price and Compare at Price are present, and the Compare at Price is higher than the Current Price, Shopify will display as "On Sale" next to the product.

Settings

Price Source Settings

Location: Accumula App > Shopify > Products & Variants > Scroll down to Options

By default, Lightspeed R-Series Default pricing level is mapped to Shopify Price, and MSRP pricing level is mapped to Compare at Price. Pricing must be reflected in the Pricing Levels in Lightspeed for it to be mapped to Shopify.

Note: Because Lightspeed Price Rules only apply at checkout in Lightspeed, Mortar does not support them.

Activating pricing updates

Location: Accumula App > Shopify > Products & Variants > Scroll to Pricing

  1. Be sure that Update Price and Update Compare at Price are On.

  2. Whenever an item is updated, sold, received, etc in Lightspeed, pricing will update to Shopify.

Note: Higher-tier plans have more control over pricing details to optimize your product management process between Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) and Shopify.
