Overview

Once Accumula is set up, most retailers don't need to change their settings. However, if you upgrade your Accumula plan or your workflow changes, you can easily update your product settings on this page. Just press the Save Settings button to save your changes.

NOTE: Changing a setting will impact updates moving forward.

Products & Variants

General Settings

Create Products	On Off	On = Upload new web-ready POS products to Shopify
Add All products from POS	On Off	On = Automatically adds any POS product with a sale price greater than $0 to Shopify.
Update Products	On Off	On = Send point of sales product updates to Shopify

Variant Attributes

Product Options

Use Product Options	On Off	ON = Support for any name for product options. OFF = Only Color, Size, and Third for product options Learn more: about this setting and legacy accounts
Update Option 1	On Off	OFF = Updates are not sent to Shopify
Update Option 2	On Off	OFF = Updates are not sent to Shopify

Pricing

Update Selling Price	On Off	On = Overwrite the Shopify price with new changes from the POS
Update Compare at Price	On Off	On = Overwrite the Shopify compare at price with new changes from the POS
Update Cost	On Off	On = Overwrite the Shopify Cost with new changes from the POS. Cost is updated as a part of inventory. There will be a brief delay after a variant is created before inventory and cost are populated. Lightspeed R-series cost is sourced from Lightspeed Average Cost, if populated.

Images

Add Images	On Off	On = Add all images from the POS product to the Shopify product. Note: Only turn this on if you have no images in Shopify
No Variant Images	On Off	On = Do not upload photos associated with variants to Shopify.

Title Source	Description Short Description	Selects the preferred source for Shopify Title. Short Description = Use Short Description if non-blank, else Description. Description = Use only the Description.

Price Source	Drop down of options.	Select the source POS pricing level for the Shopify product price.
Compare at Price Source	Drop down of options.	Select the source POS pricing level for the Shopify product compare at price.
