Heartland Order Source

Simplify reporting for Shopify transactions in Heartland by creating a dedicated location to denote the Order Source.

Updated over a week ago

Overview

Heartland Retail reporting can separate orders into Location sales and Source sales. This feature requires a dedicated location to act as the Order Source. We recommend naming this location "Online" or Shopify".

The Order Source vastly improves reporting by allowing you to easily separate transactions that occurred on Shopify from your in-store transactions.

Locations used only for the order source will not incur additional charges from Heartland.
