Add or remove locations from your Mortar plan by updating your Business Details on the Adjust Your Plan page.

Question

How do I add or remove locations from my Mortar plan?

Answer

You can add or remove locations from your Mortar plan at any time. You can access plan updates from either Mortar's Settings or Account page.

Alert! Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) users:

To expedite adding a new location, contact Accumula BEFORE adding a new shop location to Lightspeed Retail (R-Series).

Settings

Mortar > Settings: Locations

You'll be prompted to upgrade your plan if you want to add more locations than your current plan includes.

Adjust Your Plan

Mortar > Account: Adjust Plan

You can also add/remove locations by adjusting your plan.

  1. Update the business details, including the number of locations. Based on your updates, Mortar will recommend the best plan options.

    Click "Choose Plan" to select your plan

  2. On the following page, confirm your new plan by clicking Confirm. If you wish to make additional adjustments to your plan, click Cancel.

    Click "Confirm" to accept your plan changes.

  3. On the following page, approve the new charges by clicking Approve.
