How do I add or remove locations from my Mortar plan?

Answer

You can add or remove locations from your Mortar plan anytime. You can access plan updates from your Mortar > Settings page.

Alert! Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) users:

To expedite adding a new location, contact Mortar support BEFORE adding a new shop location to Lightspeed Retail (R-Series).

Settings

Mortar > Settings: Locations

You'll be prompted to upgrade your plan if you want to add more locations than your current plan includes.

For help creating a new shop location in either Shopify or your POS, refer to their help centers for the most current instructions. If you have trouble finding the instructions, please ask a member of our support team for help.

Step-by-step

Add a location

  1. Select Edit

  2. Map a POS location and register

  3. Select Save

Remove a location

  1. Select Edit

  2. Choose unmapped

  3. Select Save


Changing the number of locations may require adjusting your plan.
