Overview

Mortar cannot access or update values in fields flagged as required in Heartland. You must make all fields not-required to ensure products and orders can be processed.

Step-by-Step

  1. In Heartland Retail, navigate to Settings > Custom Fields

  2. Check each field to verify that Required is set to No

  3. Select Save if you update a field
