"Unlink from POS" action

Unlink a product if you want to change or manually reset a product's link to your POS.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Overview

You can unlink a Shopify product from its matching POS product if the original SKU/Barcode was incorrect or if you need to revise a seasonal placeholder product. Unlinking preserves the product's details, images, and SEO history on Shopify while allowing it to be relinked to a different product in your POS.

Tip: A typo in your SKU can cause a Shopify product to be linked to an unexpected product in your POS. Use the "View in POS" action to check a product link.

When selecting "Select all" or more than 1,000 products and variants, they will be updated a few hundred products and variants per cycle until complete so as not to delay other parts of the sync.
