In one step, you can remove a product on Shopify using the Mortar action tag delete directly in Lightspeed Retail (X-Series).

Step-by-step
Delete a Lightspeed variant product from Shopify
Open the variant product in Lightspeed (X-Series)
Replace the add tag with the delete tag in the variant product tags field
Replace the tag on at least one child item (all, if desired)
Press Save to update the variant product.

Replace the add tag with the delete tag in the items tags field
Press Save to update the item
Replace the add tag with the delete tag on a single item
Once you save the delete tag on a matrix or single item in Lightspeed (X-Series) you can expect the Shopify product to be removed within a few minutes.
WARNING: The integration does not save any product data manually added to your Shopify product. Please consider your risk of data loss before setting the integration to Delete.
