Recent orders from Shopify that don't appear in your POS can usually be fixed with Mortar's resync order action.

Overview

All orders automatically sync to your POS. If you believe a Shopify order is missing or not visible in your POS during heavy order seasons, it may need more time to complete processing.

If an order has been missing for more than a few minutes, use the following steps to confirm the order is missing or refresh the order download.

Step-by-step

  1. First, confirm the order is missing by using the "View in POS" action

  2. If no order is found, or a blank page is returned, use the “Resync order” action

The resync will take a few moments to complete, then you can use the View in POS action.

If the steps above do not result in the order being visible in your POS, there may be a setting or missing product blocking the order from being fully processed.
