Overview
All orders for active locations automatically sync to your POS. If you find a Shopify order is missing or not visible in your POS, it may be in transit.
If an order has been missing for more than a few minutes, use the following steps to confirm the order is missing or refresh the order download.
Step-by-step
First, confirm the order is missing by using the "View in POS" action

If no order is found, or a blank page is returned, update the order by adding a tag. This will force it to download.
It may take a few moments to complete; then you can retry the View in POS action.
If the steps above do not resolve the order, check to make sure that the assigned order location in Shopify is active in Mortar settings or perform additional troubleshooting steps.
