Channels DataTools for Lightspeed Retail uses its own import templates for importing data. This is not the same as the standard Lightspeed Retail Import Template offered by Lightspeed Retail.
Download the Channels DataTools Customer Template then prepare your data using the template. Once data is ready, you can import customers by logging into Accumula.com and selecting DataTools > Import Customers from the Apps menu.
Reminder: All customer import files must be saved in CSV format and use this template.
Be sure to create any Discounts or Tax Categories referenced by your import before performing the import.
