How do I cancel my Mortar plan and subscription?

Answer

If you have questions about how to get the most from Mortar, please contact our support team.

If you are no longer use Mortar, you can cancel your subscription anytime by uninstalling Mortar from your Shopify account.

Note: Legacy Accumula customers need to contact the Mortar support team to terminal recurring billing charges.

Step-by-step

  1. In the Shopify Admin, navigate to Apps: Mortar

  2. Select the ellipses in the top right corner, then select Uninstall

  3. Choose a feedback reason for uninstalling
    โ€‹

  4. Press Uninstall
