Shopify and your POS may have multiple addresses related to an order.

Shopify customer's addresses are considered the primary account or billing address and are synced to the POS customer profile

A Shopify order's shipping address is sometimes different than the billing address. This shipping address is uploaded separately from the customer billing address and will be visible on the order added to your POS.
